My Story

As a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional, I bring three years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, communications, and brand management. Graduating from Calvin University with a degree in Marketing and Psychology, I have honed my expertise through diverse roles, including Marketing Communications Coordinator at Exodus Place and Marketing Assistant at BarBurrito.

I am passionate about marketing and the creative elements it can bring to a business. This passion drives me to continuously explore innovative strategies and cutting-edge tools to enhance brand visibility and engagement. With a keen eye for design and a strategic mindset, I thrive on creating compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results.

Marketing Communications Lead – Exodus Place

At Exodus Place, I served as the Marketing Communications Coordinator, where I was entrusted with leading all marketing efforts. This role honed my skills in SEO, content creation using tools such as Canva, Figma, and Illustrator, social media management, marketing analytics, and website management on platforms like Weebly and WordPress. My time there allowed me to grow significantly as both an individual and a business professional, taking on the challenge of being the sole marketer for the organization and driving substantial engagement and growth. I am beyond honoured to have been given the chance to meet so many extraordinary people and hear their stories.

Marketing Assistant – BarBurrito

In my role as a Marketing Assistant at BarBurrito, I was responsible for leading local store marketing initiatives for over 300 locations across Canada. This involved analyzing store analytics, devising effective marketing strategies, implementing these strategies, and evaluating their success. Additionally, I contributed to email marketing, social media management, community management, and content creation. This experience further developed my expertise in marketing, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
